Registering as a New Patient
The doctors welcome new patients who live within and outside of our practice area.
If you live outside of our practice area, your acceptance onto our register is at the discretion of the Partners, and on the condition that you are fully aware that we are unable to provide you with home visits.
To register as a patient, please telephone 01562 822647 and tell the receptionist that you wish to join our practice or Register Online. Registration is with the partnership as a whole but you are entitled to express a preference as to your "usual doctor". Please note that due to clinical commitments and holidays that it will not always be possible to see that doctor.
New Patient Check-Ups
All newly registered patients will be asked to complete a health questionnaire and will be invited in for a check-up with a GP or nurse.
Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information or complete the form in the [Registering Online] tab above.
If relatives or friends require medical attention whilst staying with you, we can treat them under the Temporary Resident system. Please tell the receptionist if a patient is a temporary resident. Conversely, if you require medical attention while outside our practice area, you can contact any doctor practising in that area and request to be treated as a temporary resident.
